HOW MUCH ARE SERVICE DEPOSITS?
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is due on all reservations. Booking dates are confirmed once the deposit has been received.
WHEN IS THE FULL PAYMENT DUE?
- Final balance due 20 days before the event date. If final payment has not been received by the said due date, we will cancel all services requested. Please be advised the service date will then become available, no exceptions.
SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS
- If you book within 30 days of your event, full payment is due at the time of booking and must be made in advance. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
CHANGE & CANCELLATIONS
- A change in venue location may change the package cost based on travel fees for the total distance. Any cancellation or change must be made and verified in writing via email.
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
- In the event of cancellation or change in services within 30 days of the event date. If you have paid in advance, any refunds will be made in certified funds within 15 days of the written request of cancellation via email.
DO YOU TRAVEL TO OTHER AREAS?
- Yes, we do travel outside of the Jacksonville / Orange Park area. We do charge a fee and sometimes hotel accommodations are required. Once we have the event, we will factor in travel fees and give you a total cost of the proposal. Events over 75 miles ending after 11pm will require hotel accommodations, NO EXCEPTIONS!
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES REQUIRED?
- Yes, we charge a service fee and applicable state taxes.
WHAT TIME WILL YOU ARRIVE?
- We typically arrive around an hour or so before service is to begin.
- Prices and availability are subject to change. Your price quote and date will be held for 2 weeks from your date of inquiry and confirmed when deposit is placed.
